1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeagueLeads services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Services

LeagueLeads provides exclusive, verified annuity lead generation services to qualified business partners. Our services include lead generation, OTP verification, qualification screening, and real-time delivery of consumer leads via API or agreed-upon delivery methods.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to licensed insurance professionals, registered financial advisors, and authorized entities operating in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing the sale of annuity and insurance products.

4. Lead Exclusivity

All leads purchased through LeagueLeads are exclusive. Each lead is sold to one buyer only and will not be resold, redistributed, or shared with any other party. The exclusivity guarantee applies from the moment of delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Lead pricing is established during the initial strategy call and documented in a separate service agreement. Payment terms, volume commitments, and billing cycles are defined on a per-partner basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our lead replacement policy.

6. Lead Replacement Policy

LeagueLeads will replace any lead that does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. Replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours of lead delivery with documented reason for the dispute. Leads are eligible for replacement if the contact information is invalid, the consumer denies expressing interest, or the lead does not meet the agreed demographic or geographic criteria.

7. Compliance Obligations

Partners agree to contact leads only through methods and within timeframes permitted by TCPA and applicable state regulations. Partners must maintain their own Do-Not-Call lists and honor all consumer opt-out requests. LeagueLeads provides consent documentation for each lead; partners are responsible for maintaining these records.

8. Prohibited Uses

Partners may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute leads to third parties
• Use lead data for purposes other than the agreed-upon annuity or insurance product offerings
• Contact leads using methods not authorized by the consumer's consent
• Misrepresent their identity or affiliation when contacting leads
• Store lead data beyond the retention period specified in the service agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

LeagueLeads provides leads on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the replacement of leads that do not meet agreed-upon criteria. In no event shall LeagueLeads be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. LeagueLeads reserves the right to immediately terminate service to any partner found in violation of these terms or applicable regulations. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
